SHADESECURE CORP. is not liable for bodily injury, property damage, or third-party claims resulting from improper anchoring, failure to follow provided instructions, or misuse of the equipment.

1. Governing Law and Venue These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any permitted court proceedings, including actions to compel arbitration or enforce an arbitral award, shall take place exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.

2. Mandatory Binding Arbitration Any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to the use of this website or the purchase of physical goods shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), rather than in court.

3. Class Action and Jury Trial Waiver Users expressly waive the right to trial by jury. Any arbitration or legal proceeding shall take place strictly on an individual basis.
